Here’s what the job entails

In this role, your main responsibility will be to evolve and maintain the software systems that underpin our Customer Excellence operations. These systems support critical workflows across the customer journey, including onboarding, registration, data management and settlement.

Your key responsibilities include:

• development of quality software solutions that enhance customer experience and streamline business processes
• driving architectural direction and ensuring our systems remain modern, scalable, and aligned with business needs
• sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues to strengthen team capability and collaboration
• gaining domain knowledge through close dialogue with stakeholders and translating it into effective software design
• contributing to the long-term vision and delivering on initiatives with high operational excellence

Meet your team

You will join a diverse product team currently consisting of 7 software developers alongside experts in data engineering, product management, solution architecture, master data, and finance. Together, we own the full tech stack supporting the customer journey – identifying pain points, building end-to-end solutions, and continuously improving internal processes.

We imagine you are driven by purpose and passionate about designing robust software that supports real-world business goals. You take a holistic view of your work, connecting the dots between technology, people, and process. And you’re not just a strong developer – you’re a thoughtful teammate who helps the whole team move forward.

We also imagine that you:

• hold a relevant educational background in software development
• bring 5+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and agile methodologies
• are skilled in .NET or similar high-level languages (we use .NET, C#, SQL, Domain-Driven Design)
• have experience working with distributed systems and event-driven architecture
• can drive architectural evolution in response to business needs

Please note that it is not a requirement to have prior knowledge of the energy industry to enter this role.
