Here’s what the job entails
In this role, you will act as a trusted sparring partner and right hand to the CFO, ensuring that strategic and operational priorities are achieved effectively. You will gain valuable exposure to executive decision-making, collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation and help drive initiatives forward.
Concretely, your areas of responsibility will include the following:
- contribute to strategy development and execution, including driving unit strategy processes
- prepare and deliver accurate and timely material on behalf of the CFO for leadership teams and Board of Directors
- plan, prepare and facilitate leadership meetings within the Finance & Risk Management unit
- lead projects and organisational development initiatives within the Finance & Risk Management unit as well as across the organisation
- provide proactive day-to-day operational support, including managing complex scheduling, meeting preparations and communications
Meet your team
As our new executive assistant, you will join our Executive Support team – a team of six dedicated colleagues providing high-level support to DC’s Senior Leadership. While you are part of this team, your day-to-day work will be embedded in the Finance & Risk Management unit, which counts more than 100 employees. Although the Executive Support team operates across different units, we meet regularly to collaborate, share ideas and foster a strong sense of team spirit.

As you will have the responsibility for a wide range of tasks that require initiative and follow-through, we are looking for someone with strong problem-solving abilities, proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
We also imagine that you:
- hold a relevant educational background within Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
- have at least two years’ experience from a similar position
- naturally build trust and relationships across diverse stakeholders
- have solid organisational and project management skills
- demonstrate integrity, discretion and professionalism in everything you do
- are proficient in English – both spoken and written
Please note that prior knowledge of the energy sector is not required for this role.
