Here’s what the job entails

As Head of Customer Journey Technology, you hold the overall leadership responsibility for one of Danske Commodities’ most strategically important technology teams. You will build, lead and develop a high-performing product team, delivering scalable, robust and future-proof solutions that support a rapidly growing customer business.

More concretely, your key responsibilities include:

• leading and continuously developing a cross-functional product team with full people responsibility

• fostering psychological safety and high team performance

• ensuring the right engineering capabilities and clear technical ownership to enable fast, reliable delivery

• driving team maturity across engineering practices, architecture, quality and delivery flow

• partnering closely with the Product Manager to align business value, product direction and technical execution

Meet your team

You will lead a team of 12 dedicated tech colleagues responsible for customer onboarding, customer data and advanced settlement workflows across assets, markets and commercial services.

We are a highly skilled, cross-functional product team with software and data engineers, a product designer as well as a solution architect. We work in a mature product setup with strong autonomy, clear governance and a steady focus on collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.

• has solid experience and a proven track record as a tech leader in a product organisation

• is experienced in working with complex business domains, e.g. customer data, asset management, settlements, or financial processes

• thrives in a product-oriented organisation where technology and business work closely together

• is curious about emerging technologies and actively explores AI-driven and agent-based approaches
