Here’s what the job entails
In the role, your main responsibility will be to ensure that new customers and their assets (such as wind turbines and photovoltaic parks) are onboarded accurately and promptly. To accomplish this, you will work closely with our customer-facing teams.
More specifically, your responsibilities include:
handling customer operations, particularly related to the German market
maintaining and validating asset, metering, and customer data
managing and continuously improving onboarding and offboarding of assets, and staying updated on new market rules
driving automation initiatives in close and smooth collaboration with the product team
delivering excellent service to customers and internal stakeholders
Meet your team
You will join our German & Italian Customer Operations team, which is a group of eight quality-minded and committed employees supporting our German power asset portfolio.
