Here’s what the job entails
In the role, your main responsibility will be to ensure that new customers and their assets (such as wind turbines and photovoltaic parks) are onboarded accurately and promptly. To accomplish this, you will work closely with our customer-facing teams.
Concretely, your areas of responsibility will include the following:
ensuring smooth customer operations and excellent service delivery in the German market
coordinating onboarding and operational processes with internal and external stakeholders
supporting settlement processes and ensuring accurate customer settlements
investigating and resolving data, process, and customer-related issues and monitoring market developments and regulatory requirements
providing guidance on contracts, invoicing, and settlement calculations while maintaining great stakeholder communication.
The position is a maternity cover and time-limited to one year.

You will join our German Controlling & Operations team, which is a group of six quality-minded and committed employees, who support Danske Commodities’ German power asset portfolio. By ensuring excellent customer service, smooth onboarding of assets and high-quality master data, we drive customer satisfaction and the growth of Danske Commodities’ customer business.

As you will be working with large amounts of data where accuracy matters, we see you as highly structured and data-driven when solving problems. Also, as the team covers many different tasks, we are looking for someone who has a positive mindset, thrives in an operational role, and enjoys creating structure and delivering seamless business operations.
We also imagine that you:
have experience with either Excel or SQL
have great coordination and stakeholder management skills
thrive in an operational role where structure, accuracy and attention to detail are essential
are proficient in German and English – both written and spoken
Please note that prior knowledge of the energy sector is not required for this role.
